DV Application DS 230 Part I and Part II Question regards to Wife Info

Me and Wife will be moving to US together once we get the VISA.

What do I put here for 31a:

DS 230 Part 1:
31a. Person(s) named in 14 and 29 who will accompany you to the United States now.

-On my application, I put my wife name
-On my wife application, does she need to put her husband name here?





What do I put here for 31b:

31b. Person(s) named in 14 and 29 who will follow you to the United States at a later date.

-It is not applicable to both us, since we will be moving together. What does it mean? Does this give the option for the wife to move in later once the VISA is issued?






For wife application, what does she has to put here for DS 230 Part 2, item 39. :

DS 230 Part 2:

39. Name and Address of Petitioner

-Wife puts my name and address here, since I am the DV lottery winner?







I contacted KCC, and they told me once you get married, they asked for the following documents to be send to them:

To add a spouse, please submit the following to KCC once you are married:

·************** Forms DS 230 Part I & II for spouse
·************** Updated DS 230 Part I for the principal applicant
·************** Passport style photo of the spouse
