DV AOS Fees??

Hi,

KCC got back to me with a letter acknowledging my AOS request. It has also asked me to pay the fees. How much is it? 375??

Help me out here!!

Did you send the 3 forms? DPS 122 and DS230&230II all to KCC?

I didn't send anything because it's really confusing... do you have to use the adjustment fee form attached to the NL to pay that fee?

What kind od mail did you use to send those forms? Because they are picky, and they want to see the "Label" to follow the instructions.... Priority mail with Return Receipt will be fine? Please, advice what type of mailing? Or Fedex, etc...

Ya, I send the two forms (DSP 122 and DS230 I and II)
But no payment at that time.
The letter I just received says that KCC has finished processing my case and my case will be transfered to USCIS. And that I have to pay the fees before USCIS starts processing my case. And I dont know what the fees are.
