DV 2014 Australian Selectee with High CN, Help Needed

Hello everyone. I have been lucky selected in DV 2014 but my CN 2014OC00002XXX is pretty high in the lower 2000. Based on previous cutoff number posted on visa bulletin, the number normally ended up around 1500. My quesiton is:
1. Does "current" shown on visa bulletin means all the CN are now good to go with the visa interview?
2. Based on experience, what is the chance to get an interview with such a high CN. (Have been reading through the thread discussing necessary relations between high CN and getting an interview, but no one could answer)
3. If previous cutoff number ends up 1500 in Augest each year and go current on September, can i pretty much narrow my interview date down to 8/2014 to 9/2014? (If I could have the chance)

According to my calculations, the quota was increased 2-fold on the OC. Your room is good, I think you get to the interview.

Thanks. May I ask what source of information the calculation is based on? I found the first cutoff number came out this year is a little higher than before. (300 in 2013 vs 250 in 2012) Do you think there may be a proportional relation between the first number and the total amount?

Hey Sloner I'm in a similar predicament my CN is SA2*** but I'm not from Cuba of Venezuela, does the increase to 4600+ winners in my region mean there is a cn4*** out there? And does that mean I may be able to get an interview before August maybe?

the maximum number that I have seen, it is 30хх. 10 years ago from the region received visas to 2000. Nothing surprising here. I think you interview to be scheduled in the summer.

Since 2006 you would always have gotten an interview with this number so chances are good, but likely to be quite late in the fiscal year (probably July/August). This is assuming you are not from Egypt, Ethiopia or Nigeria where it may be later.
