There is no self-adhesive to use. This was used during the period when notification letters where sent through the post. An ordinary envelop with the right address is sufficient.
Attach the photos to your forms by a paper clip.

And dont forget to write your cn on the upper right hand corner of each document you send to KCC. The photos write it at the back.

Q.31, Form DS-230, " Persons will accompany you to the US" ... Can the answer to this question be changed later in the interview if I wanted to change my mind? or it's "UNCHANGEABLE" ?

And if I answered as " To follow me later ", How long this "LATER" is ??

And if I answered "Now", Does it mean that both of us have to show up together ?

That’s a tricky one! But I think the primary winner has to always travel first. The dependents or Derivatives as they call them can follow afterwards BUT NOT before.
At the interview we all received separate envelopes so that makes sense.
Suggest you put in accompany.

Once the visa is issued for both, you being the principal applicant can always travel ahead of your spouse. Your spouse can join you later within the validity of the visa. The only exception is when someone uses the spouse's country as place of chargeability. In this case both should enter the US together.
