DV 2013 low cut-off numbers in Europe

Hi guys!

Is there anyone who knows why are the cut-off numbers for europeain is so low for october /5700/ and november /7000/????
Is it very stranged, isn't it? Wish I were an african nowadays? How is it they cut-off number for november 13 900????

I think we should talk about it....

Be grateful to God that you are not an Asian. 1900 for October, and 1900+450=2350 for November!

As I see the europians and the asians are in the same boat, hope we will recive our interview date soon:)

I dont think it will go up as I mentioned if it keeps the current pace it will get to 40k by september, so it doesnt need to make any jumps....
 
If it goes up again by not more than 1700, I will not be current in February either.
Oh well, more time to prepare :)

Absolutely, you have a really good chance to have an inetview in February! By the way where will you have it, UK or Budapest, If I know well you are in UK, are'nt you? Ooops sorry, it was zsofeeb who wrote live in UK:)

Yep, it`s me from the UK. I don`t think it makes any difference, maybe a bit more expensive here.
 
Yes, I don't think so there will be any difference, I have just asked where will have your interview 'cause you can choose:):):)
