just found out i hve been selected for further processing for dv 2013. my question however is, at the time of registration i did not include my step children, my wife's children from her previous marriage, the children are living with their father in another country and the reason why we could not get photographs of them was that, there were custody battles going on between my wife and the ex husband and the children will not speak to my wife either due to what was going on, i have papers from the court to prove this. this was before i entered the dv lottery. Do i stand any chance with the embassy if i provide such court documentations and explain that was the reason why they were not added at the time of registration. Has there been any winning case like this?
