DV 2013 Entry - Infant Picture

For submitting an entry for DV 2013, a week-old infant was photographed in a car seat with a white sheet as suggested in the photograph requirements for DV 2013. Although there are no shadows on the baby's face and all other guidelines have been met, there are some shadows around the baby's head caused by the folds of the sheet under the baby's head and the shape of the car seat. Also, the baby's hands are visible in the picture. Is this acceptable?
 
I asked something similar on other forums.
And it seems that they are very strict about the photo requirements, both for adults, children and infants.
