DV-2012 -Question regarding Question#14 on the aplication?

I have children that are already us citizens - according the new rules I have to list them on the aplication and I have to put their pictures as well, however when I started the aplication on the bottom of Q#14 it says that "Legal Permanent Residents (LPR) and American Citizens should not be included" - I am :confused:, what should I do? Anyone please share views or opinions.

I would still include them. In my opinion it's better to put them and it be redundant rather than leave them out and get in trouble because the rules said they should be included.
 
gcardchaser what did you end up doing? I've been thinking about it and wondering. I still think that the rules which are reviewed each year should take precedence. As I said before better include them and risk it being redundant than leave them out and risk disqualification.
