I won DV-2012 Oceanic Region and low case number 2012OC000000**
I live in the US on an O-1 visa. Forms sent to Kentucky both the DS-0230 I II & DSP 122. May want to do Consular Proceeding, if such in a case of Denial, can I still return to the US on my O-1 visa? Hopefully it goes well.
* Regarding Police report, how do I get an Australian police report done while I am in the US
* Intend to head to Australia for the interview and then head back so not much time to get a police report done while I am there and also intend to have the medical done in the US, am I able to take it with me to the Sydney Consulate interview?
* Which is easier AOS or C/P, I travel internationally a lot and AOS may not be helpful.
