DV 2012 Australian winners - report here.

There were 900 Australian applicants selected from about 2000 Oceania applicants. The advance notice bulletin for October 2011 states current rank cut-off from Oceania for month of October as 300.

Does anyone know whether the numbers will go up by 300 each month or is the initial 300 no indication of the how the rank numbers will change each month?

First notification: July 15, 2011.

No it won't go by 300...It will be 350 to 400 or so but not 600 by next month. Look the trend of previous year. Initial is always high...(just my opinion)

Hi,
I am have 2012OC000009XX and based on last year I expect this to be current around April.
I have emailed KCC for receipt of confirmation. My understanding is that that otherwise one can not expect to hear from them until shortly before the number becomes current.
