I've got my passport photo scanned and ready to register for dv 2009 at 12noon ET. I probably will be on the the few to register.Haha

hi,

i have heard that dv registration has no fee; but what is EURO 50 that they requested? i visit www.dvlottery.com. is it true one?

The website you mentioned is not the official one. The official website for DV Lottery is http://dvlottery.state.gov
