After receiving d NL, what else should a winner do. I just received info from my friend in whose address I used that I have won DV 2009.
 
You have to fillup the DS230 form and send it to KCC. Be careful while filling up the form. This is the paper on which your visa depends. Take help from this forum if you have any confusion.
