The DV-2009 Lottery begins at Noon EDT on October 3, 2007, and ends at Noon EST on December 2, 2007.

Information and instructions for the DV-2009 lottery will appear on the Travel.State.Gov website as soon as available. Please check this webpage at a later time.

Is anybody with high CN planning to send elec. application for DV 2009 again. I hope this would not make any problems to DV2008 process :confused: .
 
Not only high CN but also low CN should apply for DV2009 if interested to go to USA. Are Low CN of DV2008 confirm that they will get visa?
 
just a quick question, so if you play the DV 2009 lottery, when do they start sending out the NL. and does any one know the highest # processed ever, In 2004 i had a very high # 45... just wondering if they have ever gone that high because obviously i was never contacted.

How low is low CN? Its all relative to the region. However a failed interview for dv2008 is very unlikely to be successful in dv2009. Hey but its free to register and it takes about 2 minutes so just go ahead and register again...maybe just for fun

Mine is also 2008AS8xxx. So we have the a same month for interview. I reckon July will be our month.
