I am winner 2008 with case number 2008as12xx

I made a mistake in ds-230 part 1 question number 2(if married woman give maiden name*(in my wife form). i wrote N/A in the answer of this question for my wife and i did not write her maiden name i just wrote her MAIDEN name in question number 1(family name : name: middle name) . do you think it is important for consulate not to write her maiden name in question number 2 and just write her maiden name in question 1?

send email to KCC and explain your mistake. Because DS 230 is important document of your application. They will give you right answer..
