DV-2008 ,Delivery statues

Hello all

I won DV-2008 ,I already received the first Package and re send it again , I have 3 questions :

1- How can I guarantee they receive it ?
2- what is the expected time to receive the second package for the interview process?
3- Is the high school & 2 years college diploma in computer is enough ?

1- If you send them with speed post like DHL, UPS then you can track the airwaybill no and save the delivery report. If by regular post and you want to be sure that they have received, then send e-mail to KCC and ask if they received your forms.

2- for expected interview time please check archived bulletins to see when your case number became current last years from the following address:

http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_1360.html

You will receive 2nd package after your case number will be current..
