Total Winners from Africa for DV 2008 is 52,824. This is insane. i guess most people that win from Africa never get the notification and if they do, most times they can't afford to pay all them fees.
And most folks from nigeria are disqualified during the interview for some weird reasons.

Yes, most people don't know about the fees until they win it. Don't tell me u knew you were gonna spend all this dollars before you won the lottery
