DV 2006 Africa chances?

I know that no one really knows for sure, but what are the chances of an AF36*** number becoming current this year? (DV-2006)

May numbers: 20400
June numbers : 23500
July numbers : 27850
( except for Nigeria and Ethiopia )

The numbers increased of 4000 ( approx ) per month for the last 3.
I would say AF 35000 or 35500 for Sept.
Of course, I am just guessing, based on the last numbers. It's impossible to know for sure. Last year for EU, the number barely increased ( +500 ), and then remained the same for 3months til the end.
