Hi, I filled an application for DV-2005 by following all instructions. I fall under the South America region. It's already mid July and neither me and my brother have received any letter. Has every winner been notified by this time, or I may still have a slim chance of getting a letter since it is mid July?

Hi Speedo,

The State Department will issue a press or other release once notifications
are over. That's the only way to know for sure you haven't been selected. So there is still some hope, even though it's going to be getting slimer and slimer.
