Hello,
I am from DV Lottery Program 2004, and still waiting for an interview.
I am doing everything to speed up the proces. My papers were filed as regular green card application (they say it' sall my lawyer fault), and i can only wait for the papers to be sent to from Immigration in Missouri to New York and wait for interview letter, which is to be mailed to me. That takes weeks, and congressman told me that I should be ready to leave the country because I will not manage to get my interview.
(( I want to sue either the lawyer or Immigration.
