DV 2004 (Will turn 21)

Hi there , Well I have a problem and I dont know what shall be done.
My Father got the DV 2004 , and I will turn 21 before we recive the Interview letter.
Does that mean I will not be able to travel with them ?
or I will be dropped ?
and...
What steps (if any ) shall I take??

heres the public law amending the age requirement.i have seen people enter the U.S. under this when they were over 21 years of age.

you might be eligable,they will annotate your immigrant visa with the above section of law.

If any of your children will turn 21 within 60 days, please notify the United States Embassy of Consulate immediately

So, is there any form to be filled to Notify the KCC ?
in otherwords How do I notify them ?
