During H1 Transfer, Can I sponsor Visitor Visa
Hi Friends
I am about to shift my company and apply for H1 Transfer. While my H1 Transfer application is pending, can I invite my parents on visitor visa after getting the receipt for the transfer? or do I need to wait till I get new H1, in which case I would prefer to go for premium processing.
Here are my questions
1.Can he use the Receipt for applying the visitor visa?
2.Should he have to send all his H1B papers (which is old company info)?
3.Should he expedite his H1 transfer process under "premium" procesing.?
Please advise.
