Duration to Receive Advance Parole

Hi Experts,
I have a question for this forum. I am going to file concurrently 140/485 for EB2 category with a substituted labor early next week from VSC . What is the safest duration that I can assume so that I can get Advance Parole in my hand under any situation for my future India Travel ? Actually I have to postpone my already purchased ticket to a new date in future by which I want my Advance Parole in my hand and I can travel safely. Even though I have valid H1 , I do not want to go for stamping in India just to maintain my current travel plan. I want AP in my hand before I travel.

Also , in the processing times shown at present for VSC , current 485 processing date is shown as Sep 2004 . Does this mean that a person with a Receipt date of earlier than Sep 2004 for his 485 form but having no available Visa number (like EB3 case with priority Date of say in 2004) will get this case processed compared to another person with a Receipt date of Aug 2005 for his 485 but has got an available visa number (like EB2 which is current) will not get his case processed till processing date advances to his Receipt Date . I am confused between the two above cases , who gets chance to proceed with his case ?

Does the processing strictly happen on Receipt date or Labor PD plays any role ?

Labor PD plays a huge role ..... 485 RD/ND is a secondary role.

Think of it as having 2 queues .... first one based on PD and the second one based on 485 ND.

You need cross both of these to get approved.
