I am sponsering my Mother's GC. Her I485 is pending, fingerprinting is done and she is scheduled for initial interview in 1st week of Aug. I will apply for her AP in 1st week of July.
Do u think she can travel in sept. ? what is the max number of time one can be out of USA on AP and come back without problem. AP is valid for a yr, so can a person come back after 9-11 months?
Also after interview, is there any thing else that needs her physical presence in US to get her GC. Her case is in NBC, how long does it take these days to get her GC in hand after interview?
