I am having a peculiar situation. I had initially sent in an I 140 application mid May. But even after waiting for 2 months, I didn\'t get any reply from INS. INS said that they never received it and asked me to re-sent the application. I sent in the same application again in mid July. Now, INS has received my 1st appliaction (ND mid Aug.) So I now have two I140 applications pending. What should I do? Withdraw one? Or should I keep both to increase my chances?
I would greatly appreciate your thoughts/opinions.
