DUI month before the interview date

hi,
there is that girl (I don't know her personally, she's my girl-friend's firend) and last weekend she got DUI...that was at 6:00 am, as I know she was coming back from sb's wedding, giving some others a ride, and she claims she had 4 glasses of wine (last one before 1am), they pulled over her becouse of luck of sticker (or sth)...anyway I wasn't the witness ...she did blow...and in the reslut she had 0.9 ...she had never DUI before ....I'm just writing these details to show up a little the situation
what do you think guys is she tottaly done with her GC? Is there any chance that imm. off. is going to approve her although she did it? what do you think?
I know she has the lawyer now...BUT ... DUI is DUI ....she has her case in the court on 27/06 and her interview date is 10/07...
so....I feel sorry for her and at the same moment I'm upset, I say to myslef: WHY you are so stupid to do that?
hmmm...I know it's easy to say that, when it is not your problem, I know that people do mistakes but...

Yea it sucks to have a dui but its not enough grounds for deportation or denial of GC.

You just have to disclose everything to the immigration officer and it will not be a huge deal. She probalby will have her court date after the interview anyway, so tell her to take the warrent for arrest and officer's coplaint with her to the interview.
 
She must have the court papers (originals) and take it to her interview. Anyway she won't know the outcome until her court date that is after the interview.
