Dui & 1-140

Hi
I was charged DUI, this month,and it was a first offence.
Since I filed for i-140 and 1-485, I'm wondering if
the charge would affect my case. I finish my finger printi in March.

You are Fine

Don't Worry. If it's First Offence you are fine. DUI comes under Misdemeanor. For GC cases 1 Misdemeanor is OK. But if you have 2 misdemeanors or 1 Felony you will be in a Problem.

So Just Relax.
