"Due to system problem..."

Hi, how many guys are still getting "due to system problem, we can not access your case status......" on the phone since the mdium of January? What can you guess is going on with these cases?
 
I've had that problem since Oct 2004, don't really know what's going on, but once you talk to a rep everything seems normal.
 
I also have the same problem.
fcapristan, how to talk to the customer representative, for me before it could reach that option it gives message "due to technical difficulties..."
 
I used to have that problem. Choose the option to change yr address, and that will take you to the rep
 
I am also having the same problem, did anyone trying calling TSC and try to found out.Thanks.
 
I encounter the same problem after I initiated an inquiry and they responded. This is bad thing because it is hard for them to find a proper status term (FP received; case resumed; approved....) to update your status. Let us pray the God.
