Hi, how many guys are still getting "due to system problem, we can not access your case status......" on the phone since the mdium of January? What can you guess is going on with these cases?

fcapristan, how to talk to the customer representative, for me before it could reach that option it gives message "due to technical difficulties..."
I encounter the same problem after I initiated an inquiry and they responded. This is bad thing because it is hard for them to find a proper status term (FP received; case resumed; approved....) to update your status. Let us pray the God.
I don't think is a bad thing, someone with feb FP already got approved and he mentioned he has the same problem, remember TSC is a mess, you can't believe all they say, because I'm sure they don't even know what's going on there. http://www.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?p=1081774#post1081774
