I need some information regarding passports and citizenship. Pl help me.
My spouse is USA born. Her parents went to USA from India for a job. After three years they all came back to india and settled in India.
The complete education of my spouse was in India and now she is living with me in India.
She has never applied for any passport. Now She wants to apply for passport
1) Can she apply for Indian passport? What is to be written in citizenship column in Indian passport form?
2) If she apply for Indian passport, Can she get USA citizenship /passport if she want in future?
3) Can she have dual citizenship? Is it allowed in India? Is it allowed in USA?
4) Is there any internet site address where i can see all the rules related to this?
