dual citizen father vs filipino citizen daughter

hi i'm from Philippines. my husband who is a dual (Filipino-us) citizen got married here in the philippines. wer going to have a baby girl soon who will be born here in this country. can the baby be also a us or dual citizen if we process the papers here? since her father is a dual or us citizen... if so, how can we? or what are the requirements or steps that we will follow? thank you
