Dual A#

Does anybody have experience with Dual A#'s? I just found out that I do have 2 A#'s. One for GC and other for PT.
If you had 2 A#'s - did you mention both the numbers in the N400 form?
Did 2 A#'s cause any delays? Did CIS consolidate your files before or after interview? How long did it take?
