DSL-1083: Does it have UAE on the list?

Does anyone who has gone through the GC process please confirm if UAE (United Arab Emirates) is mentioned on DSL-1083 as one of the countries from where PCC is not obtainable? Can someone give me a link to the form DSL-1083.

I am also looking to see if I need a PCC from UAE, since i was there for 6 months after reaching age of 16.

The old DSL-1083 said UAE does not provide PCC. This new doc has removed UAE from the list. Maybe it is available now.

Thanks Vikhy for the link. The DSL-1083 does not seem to have UAE on the list. So does anyone know for sure if UAE now gives PCCs to non-residents of UAE?

Also, the form mentions that you need to stay at least 1 year in a country (except your country of nationality and country of present residence) in order to be required provide a PCC. So since you stayed in UAE for only 6 months, I do not think you need a PCC from UAE unless you are living there now or you are a UAE citizen.

Any information on the UAE PCC from anyone will be most welcome.
