I would like to know if everyone receives a DS-3032 form NVC after the I-140 is received from INS.

If lawyer fills G-28 form while applying I-140 then Fee bill directly comes to lawyer and he is ur agent.if he didn't fill that form then u can receive

I am not sure if my lawyer filled out the G28, I received the DS3032 and the fee bill went to the lawyer. Does that mean that I dont have to fill DS3032? or should I get the fee bill from the lawyer and send the fee myself?
