S sonu kumar Registered Users (C) May 29, 2002 #2 No you should not leave it blank!!! I have my forms DS 230 part 1 and 2 typed up. However, #3 I wrote my name by pen in Hindi as hindi is my native language. Don\'t LEAVE IT BLANK!!! Hope this helps :0) Sonu
