One more question on DS230 - Part 2 -

What should I write as the name of petitioner on the DS230 - Part 2 for my spouse and my son ? Am I the petiotioner ? or is my employer the Petioner for my spouse and son as well?

Even for your wife and son the petitioner is your employer. They are the derivates from your petition.
So, writer your employer's name and address and mention in brackets,

(petitioner for Mr. (your name ) Husband / Father (as the case may be))

My lawyer told me last week that the company is the petitioner and asked me to leave it blank. He said he will fill it out with the same address and phone number used in the labor certification.
