petitioner is ur employer ...
so put their name and address ...
for dependents u can leave it blank or put the employer's details ... it works both ways and for dependents it really doesn't matter ...
I had left it blank but I know others that put the employer details for their dependents also did not have any problems ....

This is how, my attorney filled for me:
Under Item # 29
1) For the main applicant:
The employer's name and address
2) For dependents:
The employer's name and address
with an additional line saying " I-140 petitioner for ( my name )
( spouse / father, as the case may be ).

I filled it with my name for my application, wife's name for her application and my name again for kids. My lawyer told it is okay and sent it to NVC as it is. His arguement is CP is my petition not company's.
Did anybody did this way before and landed in trouble ?
