Hi,
I am an uni student and is going exchange to USA through J-1 Visa.
My visa says 'two year rule does apply' however when I look at my DS-2019 the 'Not subject to two-year residence requirement' is checked.
In this case I suppose I still have to apply for a waiver and I'm wondering why my visa still applies the rule?
