Please help me filling out the following items in DS-157 . I am flying from US to canada to get stamped
17. List All Educational Institutions You Attend or Have Attended. Include Vocational Institutions But Not Elementary Schools.
Should we fill up from the schools or from the graduation
18. Have You Made Specific Travel Arrangements?
Should i fill up the return itinery to US .In what format should we fill up and do we need any supporting documents for this ,
