DS156 question for H4 visa

Hi,

What should be the answer for 36th question on ds156 form for H4 visa incase if spouse I140 is cleared.


Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf?
Yes or No
 
For dependent applying for H4 'NO" for principle H1B 'YES".

For dependent can only be "YES" after filing I-485 for dependent
