DS156 - Question# 33 - intend to study in US

Friends,
I got stuck while filling question # 33 of DS156 form for my spouse h4 visa. It asks.. Do you intend to study in the US ? My wife is going to the university now in h4 visa ( not in F1 visa). Do I need to say "Yes" for that question ??
