DS156 - Need help asap - please

In DS 156 - while scheduling the appointment with US Consulate, there is a question, Did any one ever filed Immigrant visa petition on your behalf?
(1) This is Yes as I filed my I485 and I140 is approved.
(2) What about my child 11 year old and have I485 pending? Should I need to enter Yes in her DS 156 also?
Any help is appreciated. I need to schedule an appointment with Chennai consulate today.

The answer obviously seems to be "Yes" for your daughter, as an immigrant petition (I-485) has been filed for her.
Is there any particular reason why you ask?
 
Well technically I-485 is not a "petition", it's an application. I-140 is an actual "immigrant petition". However, it's probably safer to check "yes" rather than "no". I hope this is for an H or L visa ??
