DS-3032, to whom will consulate send interview notice?

Hello,
My I-130 for parents were approved. Do anyone know if my parents designate me as agent in Form DS-3032, after the NVC sends the case to the consulate, will the consulate send the interview notice to me (I am in USA), or will the consulate send the interview notice to my parents (my parents are in foreign country)? Thanks.

All the stuff from NVC (fee bills, I864, DS230) will be sent to the agent. In general, the interview letter/correspondence from consulate will be sent to applicants (parents). You may want to check the consulate website.
