1} Can one go ahead and send DS-3032 to NVC inadvance rather that waiting to get it from NVC with out waiting. [ just send DS 3032 as soon as case is created or so]

2} If I have mentioned my lawyers name in I 140 application, Do I still have to go for 3032?

3} can one do the same with fee receipt, just send fee to St Louis even with out waiting from NVC?

What should we expect apart from the Fee bill once the case is created at NVC? Is the fee $260 per applicant, in other words, in the case of beneficiary and spouse it's 520?

Thank you both for your replies. Really appreciate it.

One last question (I seem to have many of them :) ). I am in the process of collecting the documents needed for P3. My spouse lives in the US and hence, I would like to know what docs I need from her to be able to send the P3 back. Is her signature reqd. in any of those docs? Also, I am assuming the Fee bill does not require docs or signature of spouse?

You don't anything for Fee bill. However for P3 - her signature will be required on the DS-230 part 1. Also you need the biographic page of passports for each applicant.

intezar_imtehan, thanks a bunch for the clarification. Do you know if I can change the address on my file once it's created at NVC, to my spouse's US address?

I guess you could. The NVC website gives the address- see the FAQ at

I moved. How do I give you my new address?
