So i just received my DS-230 forms. It's stated that i have to fill it out and then mail only part 1 to them. So after going through the forms Im stuck on a couple of questions on this form.

1. 21a and 21b states who will accompany my now and who will follow later?
Im already here in the U.S. so do I still need to put my spouses name on line 21a and 21b?

2. 23. asks for educational institution that I attended. Do I only put colleges that I went to or also write down the high school, junior high and elementary school too?

1. It is not clear form info you provided. Is your spouse sponsoring you for GC? You are in US but you will still have to complete your CP at an overseas consulate. After that when you enter USA on immigrant visa, will anyone accompany you?

If noone will follow you, 21b should be N/A.

Yes im already here in the U.S. I filled for I-130 the petition was approved but im not eligible to file and adjustment or status application. I was sent to NVC to get an immigrant visa. SO do I have to leave the U.S. to get an interview?
