DS-230 questions

I have applied for green card for my mother. We are going through consular processing(CP)

Currently I am waiting for NVC to send me DS-230 forms.


While I am waiting for DS-230 forms, I have few questions:

Question-1: While I am waiting for DS-230 form can I do anything to prepare for it?


Question-2: What documents are required for DS-230?


Question-3: My mother been living in Mumbai since last 30 years but before that she lived in Gujarat. Do I need PCC from Gujarat as well?


Question-4: Does my mother need to sign DS-230 Part 1?
