DS-230 Questions (Please Help me as soon as possible)

Hi everybody
I received DV-2007 NL last month (27-MAY) ... I'm facing some problems in filling Forms DS-230 Parts (1,2) ... My Questions are:

1. I got a baby after participate into the DV-lottary program ,and when then sent me the notification letter they sent only 2 copies of DS-230 (Part 1,2) ... so, i need another copy for my baby ...my question is can i just photo copy form DS-230 part 1,2 and fill it and send it... or i have to get an original one from the Consulare office??

2. also i lost one of the original copies of DS-230 can i photo copy it for my wife ... so i'll send 1 original for me and 2 photo copies for my wife and my baby??

3. Can i download all forms (DSP-122 and DS-230 Parts 1,2) From the Official web site and Fill it and send it for all family members... it looks better than hand writing ???? NOTE: the only Difference between the one they sent and the PDF version that PDF does not contain the "2007" Water mark.
Please help me ...

You can download all forms from the website. Also typing is better as there is no longer the issue for officers or clerks to understand your handwriting.
Having a baby after the submussion of an entry is not a problem : you did not lie, the baby was not born yet.

but what i'm worried about is the water mark of "2007" ???
does it make difference?

No, it doesn't.
Don't worry about that. My lawyer had used expired forms , so there is no big deal.

i have another question:

in form DS-230 part2 Q29: Name and Address of Petitioner?? in my wife and my baby forms will it be my name (coz i'm the one who won the lottary)??
