I served in the army 14 years ago and comited some minor discipline violations (lating for shift, walking without a special army hat). For this violations i was convicted by my comander (an officer) and got minor punishment. Off course it is not on my criminal record and never been, but it was on my army discipline record.
1) Is this an "offence" that i need to submit?
2) No army records least on this matters after so much time. What do i need to give to the consul? witch documents?
