DS-230 Part -I, Item10,11 question

Hi all,
i have some questions, can someone help me
1.) DS-230 Part -I. Item 10.Permanent address in the United States where you intend to live, if known (street address including zip code). Include the name of a person who currently lives there.

i don't have any relatives or friends in USA, so could you please tell me what is the aswer to this question?

2) item -11. Address in the United States where you want your Permanent
Resident Card (Green Card) mailed, if different from address in
item #10 (include the name of a person who currently lives there).

i don't have any addresses, can i write N/A or leave this question?

I'm facing the same problem too. If I put N/A to those question will that not disqualifies me instantly?. Would they not think we'll be a burden on the Govt? Please experience members advice us on what to do.
