DS-230 Part 2, Q39 : "Name and Address of petitioner"

Hi all,

I did a search about this, but have read conflicting information. I was hoping someone could confirm what I should write for question 39 on DS-230 Part 2: (Name and Address of petitioner)?

Its just me applying(I'm not married), and I'm applying through the DV lottery(i.e. not through Family or work sponsorship).

So should I write:

1: N/A: as I'm single and nobody is petitioning for me (DV is self petitioning?)

or

2. Give my own name and address.
