"29. Name and Address of Petitioner"

Do i need to fill in my sponsoring company name?

what should my wife fill in? she is dependent on me and I am filling Aff. of support for her.

a) For you:

Fill the name and address of your sponsoring company.

b) For your wife (and children if applicable)

Fill the name and address of your sponsoring company with the following
line in brackets as shown:

(I-140 petitioner for Mr.Your name - Spouse (or father ) )
