For Item 25 - List dates of all previous visits to or residence in the United States:
I worked as a summer intern in New York for 3 months while i was doing MS in alabama. During that period, i was maintaining apartment in alabama, stayed in my brother's place in New Jersey. I am showing my internship in the list of employment, but should i show that i resided in New Jersey for 3 months in Item 25?
I believe A No. is Alien # which is not available F1/H1. So we dont have to specify anything for A No., Is that right?
Do we have to provide dates of each visit or is it enought if we just list our residences in the USA (I have made 6 trips and had 3 residences (not including New Jersey)). Or do I have to combine both?
For Item 3 - Full Name in Native Alphabet:
Can I leave this blank (or write N/A)? Or should i write it in Tamil?
For Boxes not filled, like 'If deceased, give year of death' or 'Address in the United States where you want your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) mailed, if different from address in item #10', can i leave it blank or should I write 'N/A' or 'None'?
I read messages where consulate officers asking you to change all N/A to None or NIL; so should we stick to None/Nil, though the form asks you to write N/A if not applicable?
